BURNS, RICHARD "RICK" MICHAEL - The death of Richard "Rick" Michael Burns of Fredericton occurred on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born in Middleton, NS, he was the son of Inez (Donoghue) Burns and the late John H. Burns. Rick was an Instructor at the New Brunswick College of Craft Design. Besides his mother, he is survived by one sister, Cathy Lyons (Rod) of Fredericton. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, North on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2004 at 11 am from the St. Anthony's Church, Union Street, Fredericton. Father Monte Peters is the Celebrant.
