RIDEOUT, ALICE PEARL - The death of Alice Pearl (Lappage) Rideout, age 80, of Lower Kintore, NB occurred on Sunday, November 14, 2004 at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Perth-Andover, NB. Born on June 12, 1924 in Lower Kintore, NB, she was the daughter of the late Lena Maud (Giberson) and Charles Lappage. She was a housewife and a very devoted mother and lived all of her life in Lower Kintore, NB. She was a member of Calvary Tabernacle Pentecostal Church, Perth-Andover, NB. Survived by her husband, Hilton Edward Rideout of 62 years, ten daughters, Donna (Ronald) Bates of North Ogden, UT, Shirley (Maurice) Fournier of Fort Fairfield, ME, Barbara (John) McAllister of Amherst, NS, Wanda (Daniel) Goodine of Fredericton, NB, Judy (Larry) Libby of Fort Fairfield, ME, Dian (Kevin) McDougall of Hartland, NB, Angela (Greg) Pelkey of Woodstock, NB, Sherry (Reg) DeMerchant of Lower Kintore, NB, Patsy (Mark) McCarthy of Carlingford, NB, Tina Rideout of Orangeville, ON; seven sons, Wayne (Charlotte) of Aroostook, NB, Robert (Barb) of Bath, NB, Scott (Maxine) of Lower Kintore, NB, Winston (Debbie) of Kilburn, NB, Ross (Laurie) of Perth-Andover, NB, Billy of Lower Kintore, NB and Doug (Michelle) of Lower Kintore, NB; three sisters, Dorothy Riddell and Olive Hurley, both of Perth-Andover and Jean (Paul) Ross of Guelph, ON; two brothers, Arnold (Louise) Lappage of Lower Kintore and Fred (Joyce) Lappage of North Bay, ON and sister- in-laws, Anna Lappage of North Bay, ON and June Lappage of Woodstock, NB; 34 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Alice was predeceased by infant son, Ricky; infant granddaughter, Wendy Fournier; two sisters, Bertha McDougall and Ruth Lewis, three brothers, George, Lewis and Phillip Lappage and daughter-in-law, Linda. Visitation will take place from 2-4 pm and from 7-9 pm on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at Calvary Tabernacle, Perth-Andover, NB. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at Calvary Tabernacle Church, Perth-Andover, NB with Rev. H.M. Lewis and Rev. D.T. Ferrell. Interment will be at Melville Cemetery, Kincardine, NB. The family would appreciate memorials to Melville Cemetery or Hotel Dieu Foundation.
