ARTHURS, GERALD WESLEY - of Burlington, ON, age 65, passed away at Trillion Hospital, Mississauga, ON on Friday, November 12, 2004. Born in Fredericton Junction in 1939, he was the son of Flora Ewing Arthurs of Quispamsis and the late Garnett W. Arthurs. Besides his mother, Gerald is survived by his sons Gerald Arthurs, Burlington, ON; Garnett Arthurs, Nanaimo, BC; his daughter Susan and her husband Stewart Stevenson, Cloverdale, BC; and one brother Terrence Arthurs(Dorothy) of Amherst, NS. Also, his grandchildren Stewart, Jamie and Patricia Stevenson and great granddaughter, Haylee, all of Cloverdale, BC. He was predeceased by his son James Arthurs and his father Garnett W. Arthurs. Gerald was a Master Engineer with Petro Canada in Mississauga, ON for 30 years. Retiring in 1999. Graveside prayers will be held at the Blissville Cemetary on Saturday, November 20th at 11 am. A reception will be held at the home of his dear friends, James and Jackie Dubee, 7 Sheila Ave., Lakewood. For those who wish, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
