JESSO, REGINALD JOSEPHE SR. - Of Quispamsis NB passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday December 7th, 2004. Born September 8th, 1923 in Saint John. He was the son of the late John and Mary (Jesso). Reg served in the Royal Canadian Army in World War 2, he was also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and a member of the Kiwanis Club West Saint John in which he held many positions, one being Lieutenant Governor. Reginald retired from Centracare where he was employed as a Recreational Therapist for over 27 years. Reg will be sadly missed by his family and his wife Mary Lillian (Doucet) Jesso, one-son, Reginald Jr. of Quispamsis, three daughters, Mary Susan Powers of Saint John, Sharon Martin, and Cecelia Tremblay, ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Reg's passion was to help less fortunate children with the Kiwanis Club and Key Industries. Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424). with visitations on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Tribute to a veteran will held at the funeral home at 7 pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday December 9th, 2004 at 1 pm from the Fundy Funeral Home "Chapel."
