NICKERSON, ALLENA - Allena Nickerson of Sussex, passed away at on December 14, 2004 at the age of 89. She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Carrie (Thorne) Murray and the wife of the late John (Harry) Nickerson who passed away in 2001. Allena is survived by her nine children; Ferne (Rev. Jim Lewis) of Rusagonis, NB, Ruby McCluskey of Saint John, Doris Carr of Sussex, Ruth Nickerson (Jim Cobham) of Saint John, Marsha Ellis of Saint John, Rev. John Nickerson (Corrine) of St. George and Nigera, Donald Nickerson (Lori Maillett) of Ammon, NB, Lois (Peggy) (Sid Daniel) of Quebec, Linda (Rev. Warren Shalm) of Napanee, Ont., two brothers Fred (Bea) of Woodstock, Howard of Belleisle, two sisters Myrtle Shaw of Ottawa, Helen Parlee (Jim) Sussex, her brother-in-law, Frank of Sussex, 20 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Allena was predeceased by six brothers Ariel, Leon, Donald, Harvey, George, Ralph and by her sister Annie Reynolds, two grandsons, Gerald Veysey and Ronald Cosman and one great grandson Matthew Lewis. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Friday 2-4, 7-9 pm.
