OGDEN, JAMES E. - The death of James Eugene Ogden, of Lakeville, NB, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton on December 29th, 2004. Born on April 6th, 1926, he was the son of the late Frank & Kathryne (Swim) Ogden and husband of Carolyn (Upton) Ogden. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn of Lakeville, NB; five daughters, Deborah Green (Allen) of Plaster Rock, NB, Oma Lee (Chris) of Centreville, NB, Kathryne Piper (Aubrey) of Knoxford, NB, Tammie Ogden (Bob) of Woodstock, NB, and Annette Canam of Woodstock, NB; one step-daughter, Suzanne; three step-sons, Barry (Valerie), Jerry (Judy), and Peter Upton; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter, Caissie; one brother, Ernest of Old Town, Me.; two sisters, Gladys Perrin (Ernest) of Royalton, NB, and Miriam Fort (Lee) of Mars Hill, Me.; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; his first wife, Audrey (Martin) Ogden; two brothers, Thomas and Benny Sr.; and one sister, Kathryne E. Schellback. Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Rd. Jacksonville, NB, where friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday, December 31st, 2004. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 1st, 2005 at 2:00 pm from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dan Sentner officiating. Interment will be at a later date.
