(nee Thorne) It is with deep sadness, that we the family announce the passing of Marilyn Moore at the Health Sciences Centre on July 13, 2008 at the age of 61 years. Predeceased by her parents Susie and Richard Thorne, husband Noel Moore, brothers-in-law Dave Moore and Garfield Moore, sister-in-law Gert McCumber. Leaving to mourn her spouse Gus McDonald, sister Shirley Thorne (Ed), brother Cecil Thorne (Marion), stepchildren Joan, Diane, Michelle, Johnny and Terry (predeceased), sisters-in-law Dorothy Moore, Alma Moore and Lorraine Moores, brother-in-law Doug Moore, special niece Corrissa Thorne (Tony), great-niece Emma Thorne, special nephew Mark Thorne (Shannon). A large circle of nieces, nephews, uncles and other extended family members and friends. Also her feline companion Sammy. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Monday from 4 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from noon to 9 p.m. Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday from Gower Street United Church at a time to be announced.
