Passed peacefully away in hospital on Friday July 11th, 2008. John A. "Jack" Noseworthy of Mount Pearl, formerly of Harbour Grace, age 81 years. Predeceased by his wife Catherine "Betty" (Yetman), brother Olsen (2005), sisters Susie and Mildred (2005). Left to mourn son Charles (Suzanne), three daughters: Catherine (Allan), Ann and Elizabeth, four grandchildren; Amy, Erin, John and Kiri, close friends and neighbours Ed and Ruby and a large number of relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Ave. on Sunday, July 13 and Monday, July 14 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at Church of the Ascension, Mount Pearl on Tuesday July 15th, 2008 at 11 a.m. with interment at St. Peter's Cemetery, South Side, Harbour Grace at 2 p.m. Flowers are gratefully accepted and donations in John's memory may be made to the Church of the Ascension building fund.
