McKNIGHT, EVELYN G. - The death of Evelyn G. (Hazel) McKnight, wife of the late Harley McKnight, occurred Sunday, March 6, 2005 at the Dr. V.A. Snow Center in Hampton, NB. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late George A. and Ethel May (Stafford) Marr and foster parents, Ernest and Elizabeth (Stafford) Wallace. She is survived by one son Harley and two daughters Marilyn Bovaird (David) and Georgina Reilly (Donald), all of Quispamsis; four grandchildren, Wendy-Lee, Donald, Derek, and Trevor; three great grandchildren, Alicia, Aaron, and Austin; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers, Albert, George, Donald, William, and five sisters, Dorothy, Irene, Lillian, Alice, and Margaret; baby son James; three grandsons, Troy, twin grandsons Christopher and Curtis; and twin great granddaughters, Samantha and Natashia. Resting at Kennebecasis Select Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119), with visiting on Monday and Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at 1:00 PM from the Kennebecasis Select Community Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place in Riverbank Cemetery, Norton at a later date. Donations to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
