STEVENSON, MARGARET LOUISE - 86, of the Valley View Villa, Riverton formerly of MacLean Street, New Glasgow died Wednesday March 9, 2005 in the Villa. Born in Woodstock, N.B. she was a daughter of the late Grover C. and Bertha Louise (Johnson) Campbell. She was a resident of New Glasgow since 1967 where she was a member and Elder of the Trinity United Church and a member of the UCW. She was a life time member of the IODE, as well as, a member of the local University Womens Club. She is survived by children; David (Maureen), Riverview, N.B.; Marjorie (Ewan) McPherson, Huntsville, Ontario; Andrew (Iris), Saint John, N.B.; Ruth (Neil) Kenney, Springville, 11 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a sister Roberta (William) Miller, Toronto; one niece and several nephews. She was predeceased by her husband William Donald Stevenson. Her remains will rest in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow for visiting from 2-4 and 7-9pm Saturday. Funeral services will be held 1:30pm Sunday from the Trinity United Church, New Glasgow with Rev. Jim Webber-Cook officiating. Burial will be in the Lorne Street Cemetery, New Glasgow at a later date. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Margaret may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Nova Scotia Alzheimers Society or to the Trinity United Church.
