Cecil, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed peacefully away on July 14, 2008 at the Health Sciences Centre in his 93rd year. Predeceased by his wife Jean (March 17, 2008). Leaving to mourn son Douglas (Joan); daughter Edith (Simon); grandchildren Miranda, Nicole, Lesley, Jessica and Erin; great-grandsons Evan and Ryan; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Thursday, July 17, 2008 from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Friday, July 18, 2008 at 11 a.m. from the Anglican Parish of St. Michael and All Angels.
