SHEPARD, MARY (MAY) ELIZABETH - With dignity at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Thursday, March 24, 2005 of Mary Elizabeth (May) Shepard of Stratford, P.E.I. and formerly of Saint John, N.B. and New Glasgow, N.S., in her 90th year. She was the beloved wife of the late Roderick Shepard. Her parents were the late Patrick and Catherine Druhan, Westville, N.S.. Dear mother of Kenneth (Carol), Saint John, Cordis (Philip Michael), Stratford, P.E.I., Roger (Laurie), Vancouver, B.C. and her late daughter Patricia Stephens. May is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Also surviving are her brother Jerome (Jerry) Druhan and two sisters Mercedes O'Reilly and Isabel Ingarfield. She was predeceased by brothers James, John, Lonnie, Christopher and sisters Catherine and Faustina. Resting at the Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation on Saturday, March 26, 2005 from 2:00-4:00 and in Westville, N.S. at the Eagles Funeral Parlor on Sunday, March 27, 2005, from 2:00-4:00. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Holy Name, Westville , N.S. on March 28, 2005 at 10A.M. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
