SHAW, JOSEPH EARL - At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, April 3, 2005, at 88 years and 10 months, Mr. Joseph Earl Shaw of 6 Sormany Street, Edmundston, NB passed away. He was the husband of the late Marguerite Guerrette and the son of Earl Shaw and Martha Kirkland, of Saskatchewan. He is survived by two sons: Thomas-Tim (Patricia) from Edmundston, Richard-Dick from Ottawa, Ont., two daughters: Jean Shaw-Bossé from Edmundston, Marilyn Shaw from Hanwell, NB, one brother: Gerald Shaw from Victoria, BC. Mr. Shaw was retired from the Canadian National Railways. He was a member of the Edmundston Rotary Club who honoured him with two Paul Harris fellowships; he was also a member of the NB John Howard Society. He will be resting at J.B. Côté & Son Ltd. Funeral Home 160 Church Street, Edmundston, NB. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at 11:00 am in the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, Edmundston, NB. Visiting hours will be from 7 to 9 Monday April 4, 2005, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Wednesday from 9 to 11:00 until time of the funeral.
