PROCTOR, MR. HARRIS - Mr. Harris Proctor of Pearsonville passed away on May 7, 2005 at the age of 50, following a brief fight with cancer. Born in Sussex on September 8, 1954, he was the son of Murray Proctor of Sussex and the late Elizabeth (Mallory) Proctor who passed away in 2001. He is survived by his father, his daughter; Kelly Ollivier (Brian) of Sussex his son Scott Proctor of Havelock, two sisters; Vi Purcell (Ken) of Enfield, NS, Eileen McShane and Earl Hall of Parleeville, his brother; Cecil (Wendy) of Belleville, Ont., five grandchildren; Kody, Brady, Kassidy, MacKenzie and Riley his special pal Nicky who never left his side, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Harris was a self employed carpenter most of his life, he was an associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion Sussex Branch # 20, and he loved camping and Martin Head. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm.The Funeral Service will be from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at 11:00 am.
