Nason, Dorothy Munro Nason, Dorothy Munro, 91 of Dartmouth passed away peacefully April 1st, 2007. Born in Amherst, she was the daughter of the late William and Matilda (Munro) Milner. She worked at Glubes Furniture in Dartmouth for many years. She was a long-time member of Steven's Road Baptist Church, where she was involved in the crafters group and was a member of the choir. As a passionate bridge player, she organized and participated in several bridge clubs. She is survived by daughter Susan (Robert) Evans, Oshawa, Ontario; two sisters Beth Brown, Southhampton, NS, Ruth (William) Burke Amherst; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Kathy-Jo), Waverley, Jonathan (Trina), Oshawa, Jeremy (Stacey), Oshawa, Jessica, Vancouver, Gillian (Andrew) Patton, Edmonton; great-grandchildren, Darla, Joseph, Daniel, Timothy, Matthew, Oliver and Elijah. She was predeceased by husband Neil, son Gregory, brother Robert, sister Joyce. Visitation will be held Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will be held Wednesday 2 pm, all in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street Dartmouth. Rev Robert Nickerson officiating. A reception will follow in the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Amherst at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
