Erma G. Morris MORRIS, ERMA G. - 90, of Spencer's Island passed away Thursday, October 9, 2008 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan. Born in Advocate Harbour, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Elma (Elliott) Cole. She is survived by daughters, Geraldine Benteau (John), Dartmouth; Carol Bennett (Murray), Amherst; Kathy Morris (Joseph), Dartmouth; a son, Gary (Donna), Dartmouth; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson. She was predeceased by her husband, William in 1988; a daughter, Muriel; sisters, Josephine and Jennie; brothers, Clarence, Carl, Allison, Clifton, Orion and Glendon. Visitation 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Spencer's Island Union Church, Spencer's Island, where funeral service will follow at 3 p.m., Rev. Donald Hirtle officiating. Burial in the Advocate Cemetery.
