Lowe and his wife, Paula of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, two grandchildren, Meredith Bolton of Amherst, New York and Rory Lowe of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, two brothers, John Cooper of Bristol, England and Ashley Cooper of Brisbane, Australia, step children, Harold W. Riley Jr. of Calgary, Alberta, Gail Riley Schectel of Canmore, Alberta and Terrance Riley of Medicine Hat, Alberta, several nieces and nephews.
