MAXWELL, STEPHEN MAURICE - The death of Stephen Maurice Maxwell of Clifton Royal, NB sadly occurred on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital following a courageous thirteen year battle with cancer. Born in Saint John, NB on May 31, 1974 the son of Thomas and Joanne (Winchester) Maxwell, Steve was a carpenter with Local 1386 and enjoyed his home and was an exceptional sportsman involved in hockey, baseball and bowling. Besides his parents, Steve is survived by his fiancée and best friend, Beverly Doyle of Clifton Royal; his sister, Krissy (Jeff) Cusack of Summerville, NB and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Peter's Church, 50 Clarendon St., Saint John on Monday, September 19, 2005 at 11 am followed by cremation and private interment at a later time.
