KNIGHT, COLLEEN MARIE - Passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday October 1st, 2005. She was born on January 26th, 1927 in Gagetown NB. Marie was the daughter of the late Burton and Helena (Biddiscombe) Johnson. Marie is survived by her loving husband Holly of 57 years, one daughter; Sandra (Gary) Armstrong of Rothesay, two sons; Peter Knight of Saint John, and Phillip (Dorothy) Knight of Quispamsis, two brothers; Jack (Wilma) Johnson of Fredericton and Kenneth (Isobel) Johnson of Codys, five sisters; Bertie (Murray) Woods of Millstream, Blanche Martin of Fredericton, Pauline (Merritt) Corbett of Apohaqui, Doris McRae of Hampton, and Marianne (Rubert) Merritt of Welsford, two brothers-in-law Scott Knight and Claude Knight seven grandchildren; Jeff, Neil, and Lyndsay Armstrong, Jen, Kristy, Holly, and Greg Knight two great grandchildren; Taylor Armstrong, and Kobe Knight and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Marie was a gentle person whose greatest joy in life was her husband, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and friends. She loved to bake and was always the first to offer some of her delicious fare for any occasion. Besides her parents, Marie is predeceased by her son Dale, brothers Harold, Francis, Raymond, and Aubrey, and a sister Kathryn King. Funeral arrangements for Marie are under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Road Saint John, NB (646-2424) with visitations being held on Monday October 3rd, 2005 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 4th, at 11am from the Fundy Funeral Home "Chapel" with Rev. Robyn Cuming officiating. Interment will follow the service at Cedar-Hill Ext.
