MAJER, IVAN - The death of Ivan Majer of Carleton Kirk Lodge occurred on Sunday October 9, 2005. He moved here to Saint John from Croatia in 1952, worked at McAvities in Saint John, moved to Hamilton, Ontario in 1966. He returned to Saint John in 2000. He is survived by his loving wife Stefie, son Herbert (Jean) Foglein of Quispamsis; daughter Hedda Fry of Idaho, U.S.A.; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and nephew Aloyse Majer and family of Guelph, Ontario. By request there will no visitations or funeral service. The family would appreciate donations made to the charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424).
