DORIS MARGARET HARMON
HARMON, DORIS MARGARET - Unexpectedly, at the Charlotte County Regional Hospital, St. Stephen, NB on October 24, 2005, Mrs. Doris Margaret (Henry) Harmon, 81, of Bocabec, NB, wife of the late Henry Taylor Harmon. A loving mother, grandmother and sister, she is survived by her mother, Margaret Frances (Till) Henry of Fredericton; three sons, Raymond Coughlan (Sandra) of Fredericton, Don Giberson (Debbie) of Oakville, ON, and Paul (Rhona) Harmon of Bocabec; two daughters, Pauline (Allan) Stewart of Bethel and Nancy (Edward) Thorne of Bocabec; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, including special great-grandson, Logan; four brothers, Donald Henry (Rita), Manfred (Eva) Henry, Gary (Lilla) Henry, all of Ontario, and Glen (Ruby) Henry of Fredericton; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Doris was predeceased by one sister, Alice Haus. Doris was a vibrant woman who enjoyed life and babysitting her grandchildren whom she lovingly adored. She found pleasure in taking drives and her summer time trips to PEI. On Friday evening from 7-9 pm, the family will receive friends and relatives at St. Marks Anglican Church, St. George, from where a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 29th at 2 pm, with Rev. Wayne Matheson and Rev. Mary Ann Langmaid officiating, followed by interment in the Church of the Transfiguration Cemetery in Bethel. In Doris' memory, donations to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation, Charlotte County Cancer Society, the Alzheimer's Society, or a charity of the donor's choice, would be appreciated by the family.
