WALSH, JOHN PHILIP - Mr. John Philip Walsh of Pleasant Ridge, NB passed away at Sussex Health Centre on November 7, 2005, at the age of 81. Born in Sussex Corner, on December 27, 1923, he was the son of the late William and Annie (Connors) Walsh and the beloved husband of the late Marie (Howe) Walsh. John is survived by three sons, Phillip Walsh and his wife Anne of Pleasant Ridge, Mike Walsh and his wife Barb of Roachville and David Walsh and Mary Taylor of Smith Creek; seven grandchildren, Matthew Walsh and his wife Kim, Cassie Walsh and her husband Daniel, Ryan Walsh, Jeff Walsh and his wife Jean, Patrick Walsh and his wife Lori, Bill Walsh and Stephanie and Kaitlyn Walsh (Old Woman); three step-grandchildren, Tammy Hourihan and her husband Darren, Tracy McLaughlin and her husband Jim and Bruce Levesque; three great grandchildren, Ben Walsh, Destiny Walsh and Taylor Walsh; seven step-great grandchildren, Brittney Irving, Kyle and Abby Hourihan, Holly and Ryan McLaughlin, Jessica and Britnay Levesque; as well as several nieces and nephews. John was a retired mill worker for Irving Pulp Mill in Sussex. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm at St. Phillip's Roman Catholic Church, Head of Millstream. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Phillip's Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, November 10, 2005 at 10:00 am Interment will take place in St. Phillip's Roman Catholic Cemetery. www.wallacefuneralhome.com
