MAGEE, DOROTHY IRENE - On Sunday, December 11, 2005, with family by her side, Dorothy Magee, loving wife of the late Gerhard Stanley Magee, passed away peacefully at the Loch Lomond Villa. Born in Saint John, NB., she was the daughter of the late James S. and Maude D. (Campbell) Donner. Dorothy belonged to the congregation and choir of the Church of the Shepherd for many years along with her late husband Gerhard. She was an Honorary Life Member of the Branch #69 - Ladies Auxiliary and in her earlier days, assisted her mother in the day-to-day operation of Donner's Tourist Cabins on Manawagonish Road in Fairvale. Dorothy is survived by her sons G. William "Bill" Magee and wife Marilyn of Quispamsis, NB., and James S. "Jim" Magee and wife Esther of Rothesay, NB., grandchildren Chris (Ann) Magee and their children Jeremy, Kathryn, and Alex, Saint John, NB., Michael (Tanya) Magee and their children Erin and Hannah, Bedford, NS., David (Barb) Magee and daughter Charlotte, Quispamsis, NB., Bruce Magee, Rothesay, NB., Brent (Julie) Magee and their children Brett, Asha, and Sophie, Quispamsis, NB., Mark (Jill) Magee and son Matthew, New Maryland, NB., Kelly (Mrs. Sean Craig) and their children Ethan and Megan, Quispamsis, NB., and Scott (Jeannette) Magee, and their children Parker and Ashtyn, Saint John, NB. Resting at Castle Funeral Home "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701) with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral will be held at The Church of the Good Shepherd, Manawagonish Road, on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 11 o'clock. Interment in the Church cemetery followed by a time of fellowship and light refreshment in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
