DOUCETT, THOMAS GEORGE - Thomas George Doucett, son of the late Gerard T. Doucett and of Blanche (Thomas) Doucett passed away peacefully in Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre Friday, January 13, 2006 at the age of 54. Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, he was a graduate of SJHS and UNBSJ. For the last 17 years, he was the Business Manager, Salvation Army in Thunder Bay. Tom is survived by his sister Ginny Doucett, brothers D. Michael and Peter, daughter Amanda Bourque, son Chris Davies and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister Geraldine and brother Paul. A memorial service was held at the Salvation Army Booth Centre January 16, 2006, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church in Thunder Bay. Interment of Ashes will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Saint John at a later date. Should friends desire, donations may be made to the Salvation Army in his memory.
