BROWN, MARY CLARISSA - Mary Clarissa Brown (96) passed peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at her Loch Lomond residence on Saturday, February 4, 2006. Born in Sydney, NS, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary (O'Dell) Oliver. Mary is survived by four daughters: Sheila Chipman (Jerald) of Kalispell, Montana, Carol Deal of Thompson Falls, Montana, Susan Brown of Reston, Virginia, and Sarah MacLean (David) of Bible Hill, NS. Five sons: William (Jeanette) of Saint John, NB, Erin (Maxine) of Lloydminster, AB, Stephen (Martha) of Riverview, NB, Gregory (Mary Ann) of Red Deer, AB, and Robert of Ft. McMurray, AB. Twenty-eight grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Mary was predeceased by her husband Erin Joseph Brown, two brothers William and Andrew, and three sisters Gertrude, Alice and Maude. Funeral arrangements are under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424) with visitations being held on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 12:10 pm from St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Loch Lomond. Interment will be held on Wednesday, February 8, in St. Joseph's Cemetery at 11 am.
