WILLIAM DOUGLAS PARLEE
PARLEE, WILLIAM DOUGLAS - William Douglas Parlee of White Road, Garnett Settlement passed away at his home peacefully with his family and friends by his side on Sunday evening May 7th, 2006. Bill was born in Linden N.S. on October 17th, 1946. He was the oldest son of the late Frank Parlee and Elinor (Mitchell) Harding. Bill is survived by his loving wife and best friend Barbara (Shepherd) Parlee of 29 years, two sons, Jimmy Hicks of Nfld., and Jeremy Parlee of Saint John, brother, Frank (Myra) Parlee of Kitamit, B.C., two sisters Beverley (Ken) Weeks of Harvey Station N.B., and Myrna Parlee of B.C. special aunt Edna (Wayne) Pravey of Comox, B.C. step-father, Ron Harding of Saint John, many aunts, uncles, cousin's, nieces and nephews, Bill is also survived by his dog Teazer and cat Simone. Bill loved his home and having people around and puttering in his garden growing flowers, he will be missed by his neighbors on White Road. Arrangements are under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John NB. (646-2424) with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held from St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Thursday May 11th, 2006 at 1:00 pm.
