LAMB, LLOYD ERIC - 74, Dartmouth, passed away suddenly at home May 10, 2006. Born in Saint John N.B, he was a son of the late Wesley and Lucinda (Young) Lamb. Lloyd was a graduate of Saint John High School and Saint John Vocational School. Lloyd worked in the food service industry for over 50 years, and was employed by Eastern Food Service at the time of his death. A music lover, Lloyd enjoyed playing guitar and piano for family and friends. He was an avid bridge player, past member of Hartlen Point Forces Golf Club, member of St. Stevens Road United Baptist Church, where he sang in the choir for many years. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 53 years, Barbara, Dartmouth; children, Karen MacQuarrie, Robert (Brenda Wilson) Lamb, Dartmouth; Cindy (Daniel) MacInnis, Bridgewater; Kelley (Roger) Gosse, Kingston; beloved grandchildren, Kimberley, Nicholas, Allison, Eric, William, Samuel; mother in law, Hilda Thorne. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street Dartmouth. Visitation will be held 2-4 & 7-9 pm Sunday. Memorial Service 10 am Monday from funeral home chapel. Private family interment in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Reception to follow. Rev. Robert Nickerson officiating, assisted by Rev. John Porter. Family flowers only.
