(August 27, 1927 - July 20, 2008) Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, July 20,2008, Lloyd Woodman of Winterton (formerly New Harbour) age 80 years. Predeceased by parents Nehemiah and Laura Woodman, stepmother Esther Woodman, brother Thomas (Mary) Woodman and sister Agnas. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 55 years Caroline (Carrie) nee George residing at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear, also sister Viola (Robert dec) Higdon, New Harbour; nieces and nephews Edgar (Julie), John, Laura (Ron) Field, Emily (Harry) Higdon, and Mervin (Beverly) and their families, as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton. As an expression of sympathy donations in Lloyd's name may be made to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund or a charity of one's choice.
