O'NEIL, NORMAN A. - (Aug. 6, 1926 - May 24, 2006) After a courageous battle with ALS, Norman passed to eternal life. He died as he had lived - a gentle, kind and compassionate man. He leaves to mourn, his beloved wife, Denise (Roch); and sons, Daniel and Patrick (Gretchen); sister, Helen SCIC; brother, James (Helen); and sister-in-law, Florence (Roy). He was predeceased by parents, Mary (O'Brien) and D. Roy O'Neil; sister, Dorothy SCIC; and brothers, Roy and Gerard. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Basil's Church, Ottawa, on Monday, May 29. Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa.
