TOMPKINS, WILLIAM FREDERICK (BILL) - William Frederick (Bill) Tompkins of Bristol, passed away at the Northern Carleton Hospital, Bath, on Friday, June 2, 2006, at the age of 73. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Sheila; daughters, Bethany MacBeth (Wayne) of Ripples and Melanie Parker, of Kitchener, ON; grandsons, Cory and Adam MacBeth; step-children, Laurel Walton, Duane Walton (Sheila) and Leland Walton (Melody); 11 step-grandchildren; brothers, Frank of Beechwood and Vaughan (Marilee) of South Carolina; sisters, Carol of Beechwood, Rennie Wooster (Vernon) of Michigan and Juanita Hall (Delmas) of Arizona; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Ora and Elizabeth (Johnson) Tompkins; his first wife, Wanda; and one sister, Shirley. Visitation at Kilcollins Chapel, Florenceville on Sunday, June 4, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service will be Monday, June 5, 2006 at 2:00pm from the Upper Kent United Pentecostal Church, Rev. Garth Hatheway officiating. Interment will be in the Lower Florenceville Cemetery.
