THIBODEAU, ROSE - Mrs. Rose Thibodeau, 97, of Grand Falls died in hospital August 8, 2006. She was the wife of the late Wamus Thibodeau. Born at Saint- Andre in 1909, she was a daughter of the late Adelard and Louise (Michaud) Turcotte. She is survived by three children, Reid (Arlene) of Westminster, California, Linda (John) Detweiler of Seattle, Washington and Wayne (Francoise) of Scarborough, Ontario; daughter-in-law, Joan (late Leo) of Grand Falls; grandchildren, great grandchildren; two sisters, Leonie Blanchette of Grand Falls and Juliette Curry of Schenectady, New York; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Leo; brothers and sisters, Eugenie, Joseph, Aurore, Adolphe, Sylvio, Romeo, Marie-Anne and Leo. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Her funeral will be held Friday, August 11th, 2006 at 11 a.m. from the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls, with Interment in the Assumption Cemetery.
