
MERLE RUSSELL LENENTINE
LENENTINE, MERLE RUSSELL - The death of Merle Russell Lenentine of Mount Saint Joseph and formerly of Boisetown, NB, occurred at the Nursing Home on Saturday, October 7, 2006 at the age of 77. Merle is the husband of Bertha (Munn) Lenentine and son of the late Harold and Veral (Schriver) Lenentine. Merle retired from the Rock Brook Camp, Boisetown as a fish and fire warren. Survived by two daughters, Dixie Sweeney (Rick) of Miramichi and Rose Marie at home. Six sisters, Mae McCarron of Woodstock, NB, Grace Hayward (Leonard) of Durham Bridge, NB, Judy Dickison (Robert) of Campbell Settlement, NB, Carolyn McKay (Harold) of Upper Caverhill, NB, Catherine Mazzerolle and Nona Thomas (Peter) of Prince William, NB; two brothers, Walter (Irene) of Hunter River, PEI and Leland (Fran) of Geary, NB; sister-in-law, Clara Lenentine of Kingsley, NB; one special granddaughter, Shauna Sweeney and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by infant son, Louis Russell (1956); sister, Rosie Tompkins; two infant sisters, Audrey and Eva Lenentine; and six brothers, Lorne, Robert, George, Edmund, Paul and Keith. Visitation will be held at Bell's Funeral Home on Monday, October 9, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and then on Tuesday at the Miramichi First Pentecostal Church Holtville from 11 AM until the time of the funeral. Funeral Service will be held from the Miramichi First Pentecostal Church at 2 PM. Burial will follow in the Cameron Hill Cemetery. In Merle's memory, a memorial may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association or Canadian Cancer Society.
