HARPER, MICHAEL ROBERT (1961 - 2006) - The death of Michael Robert Harper, loving husband of Tracey (Marshall) Harper, of Tracy, NB occurred on Friday October 13, 2006, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1961 in Torquay, Devon, England he was the son of Valerie Gray and the late John Michael Harper. He is also survived by his brother Phil Harper (Cheryl) of Ontario and stepfather Leslie Gray.
