LINTON, MURRAY STANLEY - At Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, N.B., October 27, 2006, Murray Stanley Linton (1923-2006), husband of Viola (Hastey) Linton of Pomeroy Ridge, N.B. Son of the late Berton and Willena (Boyd) Linton. He served in WW2 as an infantry signaler with the Regina Rifles. Survived by his wife, two sons, Morton (Marilyn), Gleason Rd, N.B., Garnet (Donna), Pomeroy Ridge, N.B., five grandchildren, Matthew (Rebecca), Port Williams, N.S.; Meaghan (Tony), Port Elgin, N.B., Joshua, Fredericton, N.B.; Rebecca (Joel), Truro, N.S.; Zach, Pomeroy Ridge, N.B., two sisters, Dorothy Bentley Pomeroy Ridge, N.B.; Helen (Sid) Liddle, Welland ,ON., sister-in-law Marjorie Linton, Scotch Ridge, N.B. Predeceased by his son David, one brother, Boyd, three sisters, Alice, Christine and Ferne. Resting at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd, 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. from where the funeral service will be held on Monday, October 30, 2006 at 2PM. Interment at Pomeroy Ridge Cemetery, Pomeroy Ridge N.B.
