FERGUSON, BEATRICE - Beatrice Mae Ferguson of Plaster Rock, formerly of Riley Brook, passed away at Tobique Valley Manor on November 18, 2006. Born in Riley Brook on May 7, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Lillian Mahaney. Beatrice leaves behind her daughters, Phyllis (Lawrence) Pudwell of Medicine Hat, AB, Anna (Kenneth) Gough of Plaster Rock; her sister, Gladys Howard of Plaster Rock; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and by four great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred Ferguson; her sisters, Edith McAskill and Annie Cougle; her brother, John Mahaney. Beatrice was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #23 Tobique Chapter. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 24, 2006 at 2 pm from the Riley Brook United Church. Rev. Ellen Flemming officiating. Interment will be in the Riley Brook Community Cemetery. An hour of visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 1 to 2 pm.
