LONG, ROY RUSSELL - The death of Roy R. Long, of Belleisle Creek, occurred at the Sussex Health Centre, on Tuesday, November 21st 2006. Born in Belleisle Creek, NB, March 23rd 1914, Roy was the husband of Ruby (Vail) Long and son of the late Howard and Ethel (Fairweather) Long. Roy is survived by his wife, daughters; Ethel and Ivan Cyr, Belleisle Creek, Donna and Dave Bodden, Whitby, ON and Sharon and Dennis O'Connell, Oshawa ON, son; Reid and Gladys Long, Belleisle Creek, six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home, (839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB with visiting, Thursday, 7 - 9 p.m., Friday, 2 - 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held from Sherwood's Funeral Chapel, on Saturday, November 25th 2006 at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment in Union Cemetery.
