94, Halifax Margaret Brown, age 94, of Halifax, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2008, at the QEII Health Centre, Halifax. Born in North Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Capt. William and Margaret (Mackenzie) Dicks. Margaret was an adherent of the Presbyterian Church. She is survived by three grandsons, Robert, Ontario, David, Lower Sackville, Stephen, Elmsdale; several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence, son, Harold, brothers, Harold and William and sisters, Mildred, Helen and Jane. Family extends a special thank you to Patsy, for her loving care to Aunt Margaret over the past year. There will be no visitation. Graveside service will be held at a later date in New Harris Cemetery, Rev. Ritchie Robinson officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Fillmore and Whitman Funeral Home.
