77, Tatamagouche It is with great sadness that we, the family, of William George Milley announce his passing on April 15, 2008, at his home in Bayhead, N.S., at the age of 77. William was the son of Jemima (Keats) and Absalom Milley and was born in New Waterford, N.S. William is survived by his wife, Ivy (Hann); sons, William, Ontario, Donnie, Calgary, Carl, Bayhead; daughters, Marilyn, Calgary, Darlene (Conrad) Koch, Calgary; grandchildren, Misty (Cary), Brandy (Nelson), Natashka, Joshua, Lyssa, Carla, Shelby and great-grandchildren, Michael, Kristan, Ericka, Isabella; sisters, Gladys Pasher, Joan Alder; brother, John Milley; also nieces and nephews; and good friend, Audrey (Wiff) Mercer, William was predeceased by a grandson, Andrew. Visitation will be held Friday, April 18, 2008, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Patten Funeral Home, 71 Union St., Glace Bay, (849-7520). Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 19, 2008, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Michael Henderson officiating. Burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
