CREAMER, ROY - It is with great sadness that the family of the late Roy Creamer announces his passing on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 93 years. Born in Chatham December 31, 1913 he was the son of the late James and Minnie (Cahill) Creamer. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Percy and Lee. He is Survived by his brother Bert of Chatham, nieces Mary (Bob) Steeves of Sussex; Joan (Hal) Snow of Dartmouth, NS, and nephew Jim (Maureen) Creamer of Saint John along with several grand- nieces and nephews. Roy retired after working 33 years with VIA Rail. He was a devoted member of St. Michael's Basilica his entire life. Mr. Roy Creamer is resting at Maher's Funeral Home, Miramichi on Wednesday evening March 14th from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday, March 15th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 16th at 11 a.m. from St. Michael's Basilica with Fr. Leon Creamer officiating. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery in the spring. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Miramichi, NB, 773-4321.
