BATTERSHILL, HAROLD WILLIAM - Harold William Battershill of Quispamsis NB passed at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday April 8, 2007. Born on May 1, 1948. Harold was the grandson to the late Harry and Alice (Urmson) Fisher. Harold is survived by his wife Arla (Kranendonk) Battershill, son William and daughter Kimberlee and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Harold worked for Canada Post for over 25 years, was a breeder of Basset Hounds and loved the Saint John Flames. Arrangements are under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John NB (646-2424). By the family's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stoke Foundation, Diabetic Society, Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor's choice.
