BEECH, LINDA ANN - The death of Linda Ann Beech of Upperton, NB, wife of William Beech, occurred on Friday, April 13, 2007, at her residence. She was born in Hillsdale, NB, daughter of Michael and Frances (Tingley) DeVine of Hillsdale. Linda volunteered at the Hammond River Elementary School. She loved to work in her garden, travel and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was also an avid shopper and bingo player. Besides her husband, William, she is also survived by one daughter, Charlene Lynn Mladineo (Marko) of Quispamsis; one son, Christopher (Jennifer Pierce) of Hampton; one sister, Donna Beyer (Stan) of Norton; five brothers, Joseph DeVine of Hillsdale, Rodney DeVine (Patricia) of Jeffreys Corner, Brian DeVine of Hillsdale, Harold DeVine of Sussex and Walter DeVine (Vivian) of Barrie, ON. She was predeceased by one brother, John Wayne DeVine. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Upham, NB, with Father William Elliott officiating. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, Upham, NB.
