CARPENTER, MINNIE MAY - Minnie Carpenter of Manawagonish Road, Saint John, West, passed away at the St. Joseph's Hospital on May 2, 2007. Born in Fredericton, NB, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Boone. Minnie spent the greater part of her life in Saint John and was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd. She is survived by her three sons; David (Doreen) Carpenter of Westfield, Ralph (Sharon) Carpenter and Kelly (Cathy-Anne) Carpenter, both of Saint John, West, four daughters; Mary Danaher of Saint John, East, Patricia Carpenter of Vancouver, BC, Roberta (Richard) Whitcomb and Mary Ellen Carpenter, both of Saint John, West, fifteen grandchildren, five great grand- children as well as several nieces and nephews. Minnie was predeceased by one brother, Myles Boone. At Minnie's request there will be no visitation. A private family service will be held at Cavanagh's Chapel followed by internment in Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Cavanagh Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 91 Leinster St. (634-1712).
