McGRATH, JAMES L. - Peacefully at the age of 65 years, after a long battle with cancer, Jim passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on Tuesday, May 8th, 2007. Survived by his wife, Susan; and two children, Matthew and Melissa. Born the eldest of ten children in Saint John, Jim will always be remembered for his awesome sense of humour and his devotion to his family. Jim will be sadly missed by his wife, children, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews, and many cousins and aunts. Jim is resting at Barker Funeral Home, 19 McArthur Ave., Carleton Place, Ont. Funeral being held at the chapel on Friday at 1pm. Donations can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
