CALDWELL, ALEXANDAR (SANDY) - The death of Alexandar (Sandy) Caldwell of the Mountain View Care Home, Arthurette, occurred on May 28, 2007 at the Mountain View Care Home at the age of 100. Born in Gladwyn, he was the son of the late James and Alma Caldwell. Sandy is survived by two daughters, Sandra Hitchcock of USA and Dawn Caldwell of Halifax, NS; one son Gary (Gainer) Caldwell of Fall River, NS; three grand- children; two great grandchildren; sister Gertrude Dixon of Ontario. Predeceased by his parents; wife Jean (Parker) Caldwell; sisters Jessie (Janet) Green and Inez Rattray; brothers James and Gordon Caldwell. Resting at White's Funeral Home, Perth-Andover with visiting hours on Wednesday, May 30th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 31st at 2 p.m. from White's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Helene Burns officiating. Interment in the Gladwyn Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Gladwyn United Church fund or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
