LINDSAY, CECIL WARREN - Cecil Warren Lindsay passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, June 14, 2007. Born on June 19, 1926 he was the son of the late Charles and Daisy (Dunham) Lindsay. Cecil will be sadly missed by his wife Margaret (Vail) Lindsay; sons, Chuck (Debbie), Eric (Jeanne) and David; two daughters Marilyn Lindsay and Melissa (Michael) Worden; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters Sandra (Ronald) Northrup and Evelyn (Bert) Melanson; one brother, George (Margaret) Lindsay; and a brother-in-law, Ron Murphy. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Edna Murphy. Arrangements have been entrusted to Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701). By Cecil's request there will be no visitation and cremation has taken place. A private memorial service took place on Monday, June 18, 2007 at Castle Funeral Home. Reverend Wayne Briggs officiated and the honourary pallbearers were Lea Ann Clark, Vern Peterson, Howard Amos, Ronald Nothrup, George Lindsay, and Tom Lindsay.
