PAULINE TRESEA NORMAN

NORMAN, PAULINE TRESEA - The death of Pauline Tresea Norman of Long Point, NB, widow of Maurice W. Norman occurred June 16, 2007 at the Sussex Health Centre. She was born in 1915 in Yonkers, New York, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Vlasity) Sokol. Her late husband and four children were her whole life. Polly was also known for her great carrot cakes. She was an avid reader. Polly is survived by three daughters, Barbara Ellen Charrin, Long Point, Nancy Gail Glass, Oceanside, California, Melissa Sherry (John), Washington, State; one son, Maurice "Butch" Norman (Beverly), Williamsburg, Virginia; three sisters, Anna Bonci, New York, Irene Detz, Yonkers, New York, Margaret Percio, New York; one granddaughter, Lori Nellis (Jon), California; two great grandchildren, Phoebe and William Nellis; several nieces and nephews. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. The funeral will be held Wednesday, 11:00am at Church of the Ascension with Rev. Bob LeBlanc officiating. Interment in Hampton Rural Cemetery. Memorials to NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated. Visiting 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm Tuesday.
