MORRIS, RICHARD "DICK" CHARLES - Mr. Richard "Dick" Charles Morris, 92, husband of the late Elsie L. (Wills) Morris, formerly of Saint John West passed away peacefully at Kennebec Manor on Saturday, July 7, 2007. Born in Halifax, N.S. he was the son of the late Laura (Jarvis) and Donald E. Morris. Mr. Morris was employed for many years with Standard Dredging Co. and retired in 1980 from Baxter Foods. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. He is survived by his son, Allen (Sandra) Morris of Quispamsis; brother, Edward "Josh" (Helen) Morris of Saint John West; sisters, Margaret Smith of Grand Bay, and Mina Philpitt of Saint John West; sister-in-law, Lelia Morris of Saint John West; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Mr. Morris was predeceased by his wife, Elsie; son, Richard Morris; and brother, Thomas Morris. Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701), visitation will take place Monday, July 9, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 10th from Fallsview Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Hoyt Baptist Church Cemetery.
