BLACK, REAY M. - The military committal of Colonel (Ret'd) Reay Melbourne Black, will be held at the Cambridge-Narrows Baptist Cemetery on Lakeview Road, at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, September 18th. The proceedings will be officiated by his son-in-law, Padre Steve Moore, and will be followed by a reception at the home of Col. Black's daughter Mrs. Mary Torcat, of Lakeview Road.
