SMITH, LAURENCE - Mr. Laurence F.R. Smith, 71, of Grand Falls, NB and formerly of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, passed away in hospital on November 4, 2007. Born in Toronto in 1935, he was the son of the late Walter and Elizabeth (Haining) Smith. He is survived by his wife, Stella (Terefenko) Smith of Grand Falls; two daughters, Patricia Cumming (Brian) of North Vancouver, BC and Donna Cooper (Jim) of Ottawa; one son, Gary Smith (Lissa) of Grand Falls; six grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, Donna, Julie, Sean and Ryan; one sister, Ruth Henderson of Bridgewater, NS; as well as nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Allan. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting Wednesday, November 7th from 2 to 4 p.m., at which time a celebration of his life will be held at the funeral home, with Rev.
