FINNAMORE, CORA 1916-2007 - Cora Finnamore of Red Rapids passed away at Hotel Dieu of St. Joseph Hospital on the evening of November 20, 2007. Born in Hillside, NB on May 19, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Elbridge and Frances (Bradley) Furge. Cora is survived by her daughters, Nancy Finnamore of Red Rapids, Doreen (George) Stacey of Quaker Brook, Joyce (Hayden) O'Hagan of Craigs Flat; her sons, Norman (Dianna) Finnamore of Fredericton, Douglas (Sharon) Finnamore of Arthurette; foster-sons, Todd Paul and Peter Paul, both of Bridgeport, CT; 23 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Clayton Finnamore; daughters Frances Sullivan and Dorothy Finnamore; sons, Burton and George Finnamore; four grandsons, two sons-in-law, six brothers, and three sisters. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 23, 2007 at 11 am from Brunswick Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Carl DeMerchant officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Glen Cemetery.
